MONACO SOLAR BOAT CHALLENGE
Solar power competes at sea
On March 30 , Bernard d’Alessandri, Secretary General of the Yacht Club

of Monaco and Dr Marco Casiraghi, the engineer who initiated the project,
presented the Monaco Solar Boat Challenge. This race among solar boats
is the only one of its kind in the Mediterranean. Organized by the Yacht
Club of Monaco in partnership with the Union Internationale Motonautique
(UIM) and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, this 4 edition will
